Thank you for supporting our handmade wooden goods. We offer both made-to-order items and premade unique natural wood pieces. Because wood is a natural material, each item is one-of-a-kind and may feature variations in grain, tone, texture, knots, and finish.
Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Order Types
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you after your purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 days for production before shipping
- Each item is individually made with attention to natural wood characteristics
- Production begins shortly after your order is placed
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
Premade Unique Natural Wood Items
Premade items are already completed and ready to ship. Each piece is unique due to the natural variation in wood grain and craftsmanship.
- Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days
- You will receive the exact item shown in the product listing
- Once sold, the item cannot be restocked or replicated exactly
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic Shipping: 3-7 Business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 Business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Because our products are made from natural wood:
- Grain patterns, knots, color variations, and textures will differ from piece to piece
- Wood may naturally expand or contract with humidity and temperature changes
- Minor variations are expected and are part of the product’s uniqueness
These characteristics are not defects but a reflection of natural materials and handcrafted work.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. However, we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Admin@FTSCustom.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
