Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our wood products is crafted and/or selected with care. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because wood is a natural material, each item may feature unique variations in grain, color, texture, knots, and finish. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Natural wood grain variation or color differences
  • Size or measurement misunderstandings
  • Improper use or care after delivery

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging wood products to prevent damage. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Admin@FTSCustom.com.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (including any damage)
  • Brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Natural Wood Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material and may:

  • Expand or contract with humidity and temperature changes
  • Show variations in grain, tone, and finish
  • Develop minor imperfections over time

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery has been completed. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued under normal circumstances. If approved (e.g., verified shipping error or damage), refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
